Dr. Bubser is a native of Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Stroudsburg University, Pennsylvania. He received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in 1990 and completed his 4-year Surgical Residency in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery at Presbyterian Medical Center of the University of Pennsylvania Health Care System in 1994. Dr. Bubser was selected for the first 4-year Surgical Residency for Podiatrists in the country which included extensive training in general, plastic, and vascular surgery.  In addition, he completed his Fellowship at The University of Lund in Malmo, Sweden in 1994.



Dr. Bubser is a foot and ankle specialist, board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery since 1997. He has been in private practice for over 30 years and has offices in Calvert and Prince George's County. The Prince George's Multi-Specialty Surgery Centre, Inc. is adjacent to his Landover Office, which offers sedation for outpatient procedures. He is on staff at Calvert Health Medical Center, and the University Of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center. 

Dr. Bubser is an outdoor enthusiast. He has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, trekked the Inca Trail in the Peruvian Andes, and climbed Machu Picchu Mountain, Mt. Whitney, and Half-Dome. An avid fisherman, he enjoys spending time on the Jersey shore.
